It is a place of cloud forest and coffee plantations, monkeys, fog, and friendly people. The town of Monteverde is small and picturesque, full of tasty restaurants and craft shops, while the nearby jungle is home to a remarkable amount of biodiversity. Visitors can explore this internationally recognized environment of trails and roads, along with canopy tours, suspension bridges and nature museums inside.
